Returns

If you're not completely satisfied with your order, you may return it within 14 days of delivery for a full refund.

To be eligible for a return:

-Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition 

-Items must be returned in their original packaging

-Final sale items and gift cards are not eligible for return

To start a return, please contact us at info@peachieprep.com with your order number and the item(s) you’d like to return. We'll provide instructions and a return shipping label, if applicable.

Need a different size or style? No problem! We offer free exchanges within 14 days of delivery. Contact us at info@peachieprep.com to get started.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you by email and issue your refund to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Please note: Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you received a defective or wrong item, we sincerely apologize. Please email us at info@peachieprep.com within 7 days of delivery with a photo and description, and we’ll make it right.
